We all started out entry level and worked our way up through several departments including: collections, credit, fraud, marketing, risk management and customer service. Our experience in banking taught us about people, money, credit and the banking system.

The difference between a financial advisor or financial planner and a money coach is that a financial advisor/planner works for a bank, insurance company, or financial firm and their primary goal is to sell you something, such as an insurance policy, a retirement account, a loan product, etc. They have to sell you financial products you don’t need so that they can earn a living through commissions. A money coach isn’t trying to sell you anything. A Money Coach wants to educate you, so you can make the right financial decisions going forward and implement strategies that will benefit you and your family.
